Super soft short plush is the latest variety of short plush fabric, belonging to the knitted warp-knitted fleece category. It uses polyester DTY75D/144F and FDY54D/24F as raw materials, woven on a warp knitting machine and then processed through heat setting before dyeing. It is mainly divided into super soft composite non-woven series, printed, composite single-sided fleece, and composite T/C series, etc. With its advantages of lower price and higher quality, it is widely used in clothing, bags, shoes, hats, toys, and home textiles, achieving good sales results in both foreign trade and domestic markets.

This fabric is characterized by its soft texture, good drape, lightweight and breathable properties. The fibers are high-strength and resistant to abrasion and chemical corrosion. It is not easily deformed or wrinkled after high-temperature treatment. Finished products can be specially processed to have moisture-proof and warmth-retaining functions. After brushing the back, it can be extended to blankets, pajamas, etc. Washing should be done in cold water below 30℃ with a neutral detergent; bleaching and dry cleaning are prohibited. The current market is dominated by 160cm width and 190g/m² weight specifications, with downstream warp knitting showing a strong trend of both production and sales.
